Forgive the semi-necrobump, but it also seems to differ night-to-night whether or not Roger sings "I don't need your arms around me" as in the demos, or "I don't need no arms around me", as in the finished album cut. Very neat little variation. That song is also one that varies a lot depending on his mood on the night; sometimes he sings it very fast and almost metal-like, other times he sings it normally, and others still he sings it kind of painfully slowly. I can't remember what the faster nights are, but this is based on the few boots I've recollected (28-02-80, 08-02-80, 07-02-80, euro date format). If anyone can remind me what the nights where he sings it very fast (to the point of outpacing the intro drum breakdown and necessitating the rest of the band catch up to him quite audibly) are I'd appreciate it.Last edited by GoblinMan; 08-29-2024, 11:35 AM.

My favourite Brick 3 has absolutely gotta be February 20th 1981. Roger is PISSED.
