Record Weight Phono LP Disc Stabilizers

A friend has been using a Record Weight Phono LP Disc Stabilizer and raves about it.
Anyone here using one? They are not expensive.

I use one, that same model. I think that to calibrate your turntable correctly it is necessary plus some template to align the distances correctly. Be careful, a compass or a level can help you. I'm not a fan of putting it on top of the vinyl, it sure slows down something... but to know that your turntable is straight.
