Effervescing Elephant for me. It may seem slight, but I think it's both clever and charming. There's a sincerity to it. Great use of the word "scant" in a lyric.

As far as I recall, EE was one of his oldest made up songs from before the Floyd. Roots of Barrett. I think it wins for historical value, plus it's a great song! I do also love Love You.
