The performance on the final day in Dortmund on 20 February 1981 is excellent, with Another Brick In The Wall Part 3 and The Last Few Bricks heard more powerfully and passionately on this date than any other.
Another unique thing about this show is that there is a problem with the background tape running unsteadily at the sentencing point of ‘Tear down the wall!’, the most exciting part of The Trial. Otherwise, this is one of the perfect shows.

There is another show that I can't remember the date right now (I think it's in 1980) in which the pre-recording of the trial fails

26 February 1980 in Nassau Coliseum. The vocal tape fails during the first verse, not realizing this Roger just whisper-sings during the first two verses, then sings the rest of the song live like he did on the first two shows. Not the best performance of the song, but certainly interesting to listen to.

It would be nice to have a collection of all of these unique The Wall live performances.

I'll have more time to re-listen to shows and re-write all of the unique moments pretty soon. Will update when I can! I can name plenty of things for several dates but I would rather list them in accurate order.

On February 27, 1980 at the Nassau Coliseum, Roger performed a Chinese gong banging performance during the song Waiting For The Worms. This is the only performance of this show.
It was a performance reminiscent of Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun.

The gong was very cool, it's a shame it wasn't used for more shows

This looks like it'll be from Earls Court 1980-08-01

The raw file is on here, mislabeled as August 1st 1980.

There were some performances where the “is it just a waste of time” line in Mother was replaced with something else, I’m surprised it hasn’t been brought up yet. Feb 28 1980 comes to mind.

He did this mostly in Nassau

It's easy to overlook the most obvious... but certainly Hey You from the show that is the target of what is probably the most widely circulating VOIO in Pink Floyd history (8 August 1980) is quite unique in some respects.
The drums don't kick in during the second verse as in all other performances I have heard, instead starting right before the guitar solo.
Moreover, Gilmour makes two hilarious vocal mistakes in which he botches the lyrics: "with... standing in the aisles..." and "out there on your own sitting naked by your own".
Roger's vocals on the last verse are also a bit unusual, as he sings "a-a-a-a-all" rather than "a-a-all" during the climax.
And visually, the performance is unique due to the presence of the Pink doll placed in front of the wall too. Was the doll there for any other show during the tour at all?

February 24, 1980, has a nice, underrated rendition of the second solo of Comfortably Numb.
