Pink Floyd Seattle 87 Cassettes on Ebay

I saw there are some cassettes from the PF show in December 1987 for sale on eBay, with two bids already. Was just curious if anyone here is bidding so we're not fighting each other needlessly, while driving the price up. I'm planning on bidding, as this show has a significant sentimental meaning to me and I'm dying to know if it's an upgrade to an already known source, or (hopefully) a new source.

    Thanks all.

Saw those but hadn't bid on them. Was trying to see if there was a likelihood of being a new source first.

Not sure if anyone is interested, but I won the tapes. They have the potential to be something worthwhile. The seller is from the Pacific Northwest area and seems to have only a few tapes in his possession, not a giant collection. All tapes are from the same trader/source and on high quality type II tape stock. I know there is one other recorder for the Seattle 87 show not currently in circulation. I'm hoping this is a source for that recorder. Regardless, I will do a transfer and upload it here in the next few weeks.

I saw this show with my dad. We walked up to the ticket booth the day of the show, probably around 6 that night.

We got front-row seats in the top section of the Dome, which meant the band were tiny dots but we enjoyed unobstructed views of the special effects. I loved how the band really spotlighted the new songs. Having been too young to see any of the earlier tours, this was a real dream come true. It was the first time my dad and I ever went to a concert together so everything about it is still special in my heart.

Very curious to hear about these tapes!
