Of course, Ladd in this community is known for his involvement in Radio KAOS, being the MC for two shows in 1980 and interviewing the band members spanning decades. This is a great shock to me and many other folks right now.

Damn, this is sad. Always admired his enthusiasm for Pink Floyd and Roger Waters. He had an iconic radio voice and a great personality. He will definitely be missed. RIP good sir.

Hi there. I see your point and I understand your sense of humor, believe me, I have a very, very, dark sense of humor too, but maybe this forum is not the place for that kind of thing. This is sad. I met Jim at one of the KAOS shows (he signed my tour program) and he couldn't have been nicer. I also got through to him via his studio phone lines a few times during his radio show when I lived in LA. Great guy, great set of pipes.
