Edit: Wow, this sounds fantastic. Piper is one of my favorite albums ever and you can really hear tons of background instrumentation and effects in much greater detail. The drums are very clear and goes to show you how excellent the Floyd were in their use of the studio and experimentation with effects to create interesting atmosphere. With all the new audio technology in the last ten or so years with denoising, mixing, and the like allowing individuals to separate tracks and mix in greater detail than ever before even without the individual tracks gives me greater hope for the future especially with bootlegs. Exciting stuff!
