I just thought I'd bring this over here. It's a LONG thread that's run for 9 years and it's very sad but uplifting at the same time. And there's some lovely music on it (think of a cross between Janis and Joni). It's certainly not for everyone but it's being hailed as possibly one of the best threads ever on the Steve Hoffman Forum. There's been a collective effort in trying to identify the mystery singer, finally confirmed this week by her sister. It's a very rewarding couple of hours reading (OK, it gets a bit obsessive at times but the early and recent pages are the main ones).
