Has Billy Shears died and been replaced?

Searching on Google for Paul McCartney a few days ago, I noticed that it says that he died in 1998.
As many of us know, the real Paul died in 1966 and was replaced by Billy Shears, also known as Faul.
Does this mean that Billy is dead, and that the guy posing as Paul McCartney is actually a third guy?
Who could the new Faul be?
