Anyway, on the topic of this remix, I’m not really sure what the point of it is. It’s been a while since I listened to the original, but I’m hearing more reverb? A mushy bass drum on one of the choruses? For me, it shares a boat with the Great Day for Freedom 2022 edit, with the new vocal takes dubbed seemingly randomly over 30-year-old takes. Just… why?
